I buy homes to renovate, build new homes and remodel for individual home owners.
Investors are also welcome to purchase a house through me that needs renovation and I will be happy to provide a bid on getting the house looking new for renting or resale. You can use my PROPERTY SEARCH tab to find these foreclosed and distressed properties that need TLC.
I am always looking for an investment partner to help finance these projects.
Below are some pictures of past projects large and small. I build houses from the ground up and I tear them down to rebuild on the same foundation. There are pictures of a condo that burned out and I gutted and rebuilt it to better than new.
I use licensed electricians and plumbers for the big jobs and my company is fully insured.
