Thank you for visiting my recently revamped Internet site.  As an up-to-date business, I want to give you the opportunity to stay in touch with my company and offers.  A new content management system will enable me to always keep you up to date.  It’s as simple as creating an account in the RESOURCES tab.
The emphasis of this site is to help families, individuals and investors buy affordable homes through foreclosures, short-sales or on the Rent-to-Own program, provide quality, professional Home Inspections  and  renovate or remodel any home.

Please note that there is never a charge from me if you find and purchase any properties through my website.  I am paid from commissions given by the person or business which owns the property being purchased.

CREDIT PROBLEMS?
Most of my clients do have credit issues.  I also have connections to professionals that can fix your credit and/or guide you through steps needed to repair most problems.  If you have credit issues or would like to consult with someone to see what you are able to purchase, give me a call and I will set you up with them.  There is no cost to talk to anyone.  There is a fee for the credit fix program that would be credited to your purchase if you buy and and finance through us.
