THIS SITE will help you decide what you can afford to purchase, if you should consider doing a Rent-to-Own plan, if a Foreclosed property is right for you and, as an investor, what it will cost to renovate a house to sell or rent.  I can also provide an estimate for a home owner that would like to purchase a distressed property to live in or even just to renovate your current home to stay in.

I will give you the personal attention and guidance that you will need to make this major decision.

Please note that there is never a charge for my services if you find and purchase any properties through my website. I am paid from commissions given by the person or business which owns the property being purchased.  If there is ever a charge for anything you will be told upfront.


CREDIT PROBLEMS?

Most of my clients do have credit issues. I also have connections to professionals that can fix your credit and/or guide you through steps needed to repair most problems.  If you have credit issues or would like to consult with someone to see what you are able to purchase, give me a call and I will set you up with them. There is no cost to talk to anyone.  If you would decide to enroll in the credit fix program, there is a fee for that and it would be credited to your purchase if you buy and finance through us.
